I was so impressed with the video output from the Sony HX9v that I decided to do another shoot with it, this time at Bloody Bridge in the Mourne Mountains. The big plus with this camera is it’s size. You can carry it in your pocket and have it ready to shoot any time. It’s got a great built-in image stabiliser as well so hand held tracking shots turn out really well after motion stabilisation is applied, as has been done in this video with FCPX.
